Walking Netball

Everyone welcome – come along and have some fun!

We begin with some stretches and warm-up drills, and we practise our passing, catching and shooting skills.

There’s usually time for some matchplay, and we finish with a cool-down and final stretch.

Nothing serious, but plenty of laughter!
