Literature - old and new

We are a group of readers who discuss one book a month. The selection of ten books is made by proposal and vote in early summer. We alternate between a classic novel and a more modern one. One member gives a short introduction to get us started. It is not essential to finish the book; your opinions are still welcome.

We don’t meet in December or August so sometimes the books for January and September are a little longer.

This is an opportunity to try out books you might not have thought to read. You never know, you might discover a new author to indulge in!
