Strategic Board Games

This group plays strategic board games. The games we play include Ticket to Ride, Wingspan and Carcassone. Each of theses games have additions/variations which add further interest and depth to the games. This can lead to the games needing to be played over a number of weeks. In coming months we plan to explore other strategic games.. Many of these types of games have additions/variations which can add further interest and depth to the games.

Experience

No experience of these games is necessary as more experienced players are more that happy to help you become more familiar with these modern games.

Current activities

Over the next 3 months we plan to concentrate on 3 games - Ticket to Ride, Wingspan and Carcassone.

In the future

We may introduce legacy type games (played over several sessions, if there are enough members to commit to playing a game over several weeks
