Meditation

Meditation is a time for relaxation using themes, music, poetry and experiences. Laughter is never far away. This leads to a period of peace and quiet, something many of us value in our busy lives.


Current Activity

We are slowly getting  back to normal, with 6 people at the moment , 11 when everyone comes back.

As it is in a private house , we haven't room for anymore.
