Recent Activity
In October 2022, each member presented for 10 minutes on a topic of interest to them
In November 2022, Richard led us round the Basingstoke History Trail in the Top of the Town area
In December, Ray talked to us about a privateer from the 16th century who had Basingstoke connections, running a public house in the town. We then broke into teams for a 4 round local history quiz on Basingstoke and other parts of Hampshire. The 3 teams were all 1 mark apart at the end so well done everyone!!
